District Director based for Palo Alto district office. Responsibilities include supervising district office operations and personnel, maintaining awareness of and involvement in district affairs and issue, establishing and maintaining relationships with local elected officials and other stakeholders, and the ability to work under pressure and independently. Preference to individuals with knowledge of the policy and political landscape of San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties. Excellent candidates will be personable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about community & public service. The Assembly salary range for this position is $6,924 - $16,513 monthly. The successful candidate's salary for this position is anticipated to be between $7,000 - $12,000 monthly. Significant experience is required to reach the higher end of the salary range.
